Operations Manager Urgently Needed

A frozen dessert company located in Lekki needs the services of an Operations Manager with a minimum of 2 yrs experience. 
Responsibilities includes but not limited to;

• Ensuring efficient management of the organisation. 
• Monitoring and analysing the current system of production; creating provisions to check it's effectiveness, and working out a strategy for improving, when necessary. 
• Managing the day-to-day activities, analysing statistics, writing reports. 
• Ensuring and monitoring all staff to meet their individual targets. 
• Ensuring effective client relationship management.
