Description of our Ideal Candidates:

• Be a key trainer for the delivery of Furniture Training Programmes
• Have a strong working knowledge of Furniture Training Option
• Be an effective and motivational communicator
• Training is to be “high impact”, engaging and appropriate for the target audience 
• Have an ability to draw on previous experience to assist candidates with “real life” situations and to illustrate a point that is being trained
• Candidate must have the specific training and experience to be a facilitator
• Have a high level of time management skills and attention to detail

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in specific Training Subject
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a trainer

Educational Qualification:
Minimum of First Degree in any field
