Qualifications
BSC and Master’s in Civil Engineering & construction/Engineering having a minimum of 12-15 years’ experience working in a similar role.(Additional relevant certifications is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Check / review Contractor's shop drawings for all structural works, including coordination with all the electrical, mechanical, specialist disciplines and
- architectural requirements of the project and with all the regulatory requirements.
- Implement the contract documents requirements, such as design drawings,
- specifications, Bill of Quantities, contract conditions, etc. on site.
- Estimating of construction bill of quantities and preparation of tender Responsible for execution of complete project with overall responsibilities of coordination
- with client representatives, administrative offices, government agencies,
- non-government agencies, subcontractors’ supplier’s etc./
- Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect. Supervise and verify the quality control of site structural and civil works to ensure
- conformity with all contract documents for the project. Ensure all materials and equipment deployed meets the contract requirements and
- project specifications.

2. Job Title: Interior Architect Employment Type: Service Contract
Qualifications
- Completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s-level in Interior Architecture – Interior
- Architecture Design/Interior Design(Additional relevant certifications is a plus)
- Relevant experience MUST include ANY/Combination of: Architecture/ Interior Design
- for residential, corporate, commercial, Lighting/Furniture Design, Fixture and Concept
- Design, 3D Modeling Digital Graphics, Sketches and Renderings
- Preferred Age; 25-38.
- Competency & Skill
- 5 -15years of professional and relevant work experience.
- Candidates must possess good command of English language (spoken and written)
- Advanced software Proficiency in Auto Card, 3D, Corona Render, Vray and other
- Architectural software.
- Proficient in Adobe applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Power Point etc.)
- Ability to analyze and interpret specifications & dimensions.
- Creativity and Artistic Imagination.
- Adaptability and ability to work under pressure
- Must have experience working on or implementing projects.
- Accuracy and strong attention to details.
- Must be cultured, analytical and meticulous.
- Must presently reside in Lagos
- Should be Available to travel.

- Prepare daily and weekly project status report as required.

- Responsible for developing concept plans, designs and design solutions to the
- satisfaction of clients.
- Prepare design proposals, bill of quantities and quotations in line with Client’s goal
- and requirements.
- Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals for approval.
- Supervision of projects from commissioning to completion.
- Produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications.
- Advise clients on the practicality of their project.
- Use IT in architectural drawing and design, specifically using software packages such
- as AutoCAD, 3D, Vray, etc.
- Regular site visits to supervise and monitor progress, ensuring that the project is
- running on as scheduled.
- Ensure Quality Control on all specifications.
- Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction/installation activities.
- Institute an appropriate architectural methodology (from initiating drawing, through
- to plan, execution, monitoring, control and closure) of projects and drive its successful
- implementation.
- Lead liaison and engagements with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors on
- architectural requirements and design concepts.
- Initiate and control site related processes and procedures ensuring that works are
- carried out to specific standards.
- Execute timely implementation schedules and efficient follow through on deliverables
- and address issues as appropriate.
- Carry out all other design and project implementation tasks as specified by the
- company.
